All functions are available for free right in the VK mobile app. You donít need to download any additional apps or figure out a new interface. And most importantly, all of your friends are already here. Compete, show off your success, ask for support when things get tough and reach your goals together. Also, it doesnít matter if you have different operating systems, as VK Health works on both iOS and Android.

How can VK Health help?

Quit smoking

VK Health can help you stay motivated. It will tell you how much money youíve saved by not smoking and explain how just a few months without this harmful habit would be enough for you to save up for a small trip. The platform rewards you for your achievements as well. For example, when you reach a total of 5,000 rubles saved by not smoking, youíll get a virtual ďInvestor in HealthĒ badge.

Do you feel like the craving is getting too strong? VK Health is here to help you with that as well. If you feel like lighting up out of boredom, the service will offer you some games to play. If itís the stress thatís getting to you, then youíll be offered some breathing exercises to help you relax. Or you can choose a friend to chat with right in the mini app to help distract you.

Get in your daily recommended number of steps

Many have heard that everyone should walk 10,000 steps per day; however, weíre not all the same, and neither is that number. Regardless of how many steps we should be walking a day, walking, in and of itself, is a healthy activity.

What could inspire you to walk instead of taking the metro or taxi? Try a leaderboard that shows how many steps you and your friends have taken today. Run ahead and get to the top, improving your health along the way. This feature is not currently available to all users, but it will be soon.

Breathe and relax

Whether you want to relieve stress, clear your mind, manage shortness of breath or fall asleep faster, youíll find the right breathing exercises here. Each of them has its own mechanics. For some of them, you have to hold your breath, sometimes you need to purse your lips or put your hand on your belly. VK Health will walk you through what you need to do.

Remember to take your vitamins

Mark which medications you take and when, and VK Health will send you notifications to make sure you don't forget.

Keep track of your water intake

Set a goal, and keep track of how many glasses of water you drink per day. This will help you make sure youíre drinking the right amount. You can also set notifications to remind yourself to drink water once an hour between 11 am and 7 pm.

Whatís in store?

The platform will provide expert advice that will help you keep track of your diet and menstrual cycle, as well as help you work out and tell you how to become a blood donor.

And soon you wonít even have to open the mini app to view the reminders you set. Times and dates will be visible right in the second tab of the VK app in their own widget, a block that provides you with up-to-date information.
