How do I enable community messages?
To enable messages, open your community's Manage section, go to Messages and select Enabled. After this, users will be able to send messages to the community. Community managers can check incoming messages from the menu on the right of the community page.
To mark a chat as important, click the star icon. Starred chats are easy to find because they're kept in a separate tab.
To mark a chat as answered, click the double check mark icon.
If you don't want to get messages from someone, you can block them. To do this, click the three dots icon at the top of the chat with the user and select Block user.
Managers of public pages whose subject is "Company, store, celebrity" can use up to 20 tags and comments that will be visible to all the community's administrators. For more information, see this post (for now only available in Russian).
